Senior House Quiz
Thursday lunchtime saw the return of the annual House Quiz!
Held in the LRC, contestants from each House battled it out with their quiz knowledge across a range of different rounds.
Quite a crowd had gathered in the LRC to watch proceedings, with each House having solid representation and support.
Each team had four student quizzers, and were given a buzzer which they could press in order to answer the correct answer.
The layout had been organised by Dr Riley, Mrs Moore and Mr Eldershaw, who had set up the LRC for the event.
Students impressed with their general knowledge across an array of different questions throughout. At the end of the quiz, it turned out to be a draw between Bowland and Pendle which took it to an exciting tie-breaker to decide the winning team. Head Boy Enrikas answered the final question correctly, winning it for Bowland at the very last!

1st Place: Bowland – 16 points (won on tie-breaker) – Head Boy and Head Girl get bragging rights!
2nd Place: Pendle – 15 points
3rd Place: Longridge – 13 points
4th Place: Calder – 5 points
