Prizegiving 2026

The last week of term saw students being recognised for their incredible achievements both in and out of the classroom at prizegiving ceremonies across the school.

Prep Prizegiving celebrated some of Westholme’s youngest pupils, who were recognised for their consistent hard work and stellar progress. The afternoon featured pupil performances, including from the wonderful School Orchestra, alongside the presentation of prizes, House Cups and Playground Ambassador Awards.

Principal Mr Taylor congratulated pupils for embracing every opportunity throughout the year, and Prep 6 were presented with commemorative gifts as they prepare for the exciting move to Senior School.

Lower Senior Prizegiving was an opportunity to champion students from Years 7 to 9, recognising their academic and extra-curricular successes as well as their contributions to school life. Students and their family members enjoyed inspiring performances from Kent on the piano and the Lower Senior Choir, with the afternoon culminating in the presentation of prizes.

Guest of Honour and former Westholme Head Girl Seema Kennedy OBE shared an inspiring message about ambition, resilience and the importance of embracing opportunities, as Mr Taylor reflected on another year of outstanding achievements.

Congratulations to each and every one of our pupils whose hard work, character and determination have made this another successful year at Westholme.
