Sixth Form Spotlight! Year 13, Zak

We are delighted to share that our Head Boy, Zak, has received all of his university offers, a fantastic achievement and a reflection of his hard work and passion for his studies.

Zak joined Westholme in Year 10 and quickly became an integral part of school life. From the moment he arrived, he embraced every opportunity available.

Within just a few weeks of joining the school, Zak had already immersed himself in the performing arts community, building strong relationships with fellow students and staff, and showing a natural presence on stage. Remarkably, within his first month he performed as Tyrone in Fame on the Croston Theatre stage.

Since then, Zak has continued to grow and his passion for performing arts has seen him take on a variety of roles in school productions, most recently delivering a standout performance as The Engineer in Miss Saigon.

Beyond the stage, Zak has also developed into a confident and inspiring leader. Now serving as Head Boy, he plays an important role in representing the student body and supporting the wider school community. He approaches this responsibility with the same energy and dedication that he brings to his creative pursuits, and is a fantastic role model for younger students.

Zak’s journey since joining the school reflects the spirit of opportunity and encouragement that defines life at Westholme, and we are incredibly proud of everything he has achieved so far.
