Westholme Students Celebrate Children in Need

Today, the INSPIRED Sixth Form Charity Team organised a lively and engaging Children in Need event for the Westholme community. The initiative combined fun, creativity and generosity to support disadvantaged children and young people across the UK.

Students had the chance to make a donation for a raffle ticket with the opportunity to win an exciting chocolate bundle, adding a sweet reward to their generosity.

In addition, the charity team arranged a Pudsey Bear treasure hunt across the school.  The treasure hunt encouraged teamwork, problem-solving and creativity while bringing laughter and excitement to the day.

Throughout the event, students showed their community spirit and enthusiasm, highlighting the positive impact that charitable activities can have in school. The INSPIRED Sixth Form Charity Team worked tirelessly to plan and deliver a memorable and meaningful experience, demonstrating leadership, organisation and compassion.

Children in Need provided an excellent opportunity for Westholme students to engage in fundraising in a fun and interactive way. The event not only raised funds for an important cause but also encouraged reflection on the importance of supporting others and the impact each individual can make.

The day concluded with smiles, chocolate and a strong sense of achievement, leaving everyone involved proud of their contribution to Children in Need and inspired to continue making a difference in their community.
